For stays of 1 to 4 nights, credit card details are requested for the deposit.

For stays of 5 to 29 nights, a EUR 200 security deposit is required by bank transfer or credit card for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Beds are made on arrival and towels are changed during the stay. Daily cleaning is provided (except kitchen area and washing up).

For stays of 5 to 29 nights: lower rate including bed linen and towels (maximum 4 sets per apartment) provided on arrival. Bed linen and towels changed once a week. At an extra cost: beds made on arrival, towels are changed 旅遊大亨and cleaning.

The parking is a covered garage.

The maximum occupancy includes a baby cot.

Access to the apartments is through an independent entrance with an access code. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
